Bowman Ingredients recently hosted its third annual International Conference at the company’s UK headquarters.
The three-day technical conference in Hitchin, Hertfordshire, welcomed delegates from Bowman Ingredients UK, South Africa, Thailand and Allied Bowman Ingredients Australia.
The event was attended by key personnel including the Chief Executives of each international operation, Sales Directors and Technologists from New Product Development (NPD) teams across the globe. Now in its third year, the annual event enables delegates from each international company to share technical knowledge, discuss global food trends and plan innovative NPD strategies for the future.
The conference programme included site visits to Bowman Ingredients’ newly commissioned gluten and dairy free production facility, retail tours, best practice sharing, technical meetings and product tastings.

Following the Bowman Ingredients International Conference, delegates attended the Food Ingredients Europe exhibition in Frankfurt, Germany. The event showcased the latest innovations in the food industry and provided a platform to connect with other leading players, suppliers and buyers in the ingredients market.
